The Board of Directors of JG Summit Holdings, Inc. approved in its regular meeting held on May 8, 2023, the declaration of a regular cash dividend in the amount of PHP 0.40 per common share from the unrestricted retained earnings of the company as of December 31, 2022, to all stockholders of record as of May 23, 2023 and which shall be paid on June 14, 2023.
