Jiangsu JieJie Microelectronics Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300623) agreed to acquire additional 2.5% stake in Jiejie Microelectronics (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. from Nantong Jiecheng Information Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership) for CNY 791,900 on April 25, 2022. Jiangsu JieJie Microelectronics Co.,Ltd.'s Board of Directors approved the deal. As on December 31, 2022, Jiejie Microelectronics (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. reported the total assets of CNY 104,956,542.27, Net assets of CNY 31,677,302.42, Operating income of CNY 175,315,882.38 and Net profit of CNY 16,762,813.24.
Jiangsu JieJie Microelectronics Co Ltd is a company engaged in research, development, production and sales of power semiconductor chips and devices. The Company's products include thyristor devices and chips, protective devices and chips, diode devices and chips, thick film components, as well as transistor devices and chips. The thyristor products are used for the exchange and control of electrical energy. The protective devices are used to protect electronic circuits of electronic products from surge impact and static electricity.
