Xinquan Mexico Automotive Trim, S. de R.L. de C.V. announced that it will receive $30,000,000 (MXN 594,156,000) in an equity round of funding on May 17, 2021. The transaction will involve participation from returning investors, Xinquan Development Hong Kong Co., Lt and Jiangsu Xinquan Automotive Trim Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:603179). Post completion of the transaction, the total investment will be changed from $6,000,000 (MXN 118,831,200) to $36,000,000 (MXN 712,987,200). The registered capital was changed from MXN 80,0440,000 to MXN 380,000,000. Xinquan Development Hong Kong will continue to hold 99.75% stake and Jiangsu Xinquan Automotive Trim Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:603179) will continue to hold 0.25% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved at the 2nd meeting of the 4th board of directors of Jiangsu Xinquan Automotive Trim Co.,Ltd.
