Dongguan Hongpo Trading Co., Ltd announced a private placement of CNY 50 million in an equity round of funding on May 28, 2021. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Jiangxi Hungpai New Material Co., Ltd. (SHSE:605366). The transaction has been approved at the 4th session of the investor's 2nd supervisory board. After the completion of the transaction, the registered capital of company will increase from CNY 5 million to CNY 55 million.
Jiangxi Hungpai New Material Co Ltd is a company mainly engaged in research and development, production and sales of silicon-based chemical materials. The Company's primary products are silane coupling agents and fumed silica. The silane coupling agent products include HP-669, HP-669C, HP-1589 and HP-1589C, which are used in rubber and tire manufacturing areas. The fumed silica products include HP-150, HP-200 and HP-380, which are used as rubber reinforcing agents, plastic fillers, ink thickening agents and matting agents, covering rubber, building materials, medicine, coatings and other fields. The Company also produces and supplies steam and electricity through its subsidiary.
