Beijing Guofa Aviation Engine Industry Investment Fund Center (Limited Partnership), managed by Aero Engine Fund Management Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 10% stake in Herz Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. from Jin Tong Ling Technology Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300091) for CNY 33.5 million on April 26, 2022. Beijing Guofa entered into a contract to acquire 10% stake in Herz Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. from Jin Tong Ling Technology on April 30, 2022. Beijing Guofa has paid the relevant transaction deposit of CNY 3.35 million to the designated account of Nantong Public Resources Trading Center before deadline April 26, 2022.
