Jinshang Bank Co., Ltd Approves the Appointment of ZHANG Yunfei as the President

Jinshang Bank Co., Ltd. announced appointment of Mr. ZHANG Yunfei as the president of the Bank. His qualification as the president of the Bank was subject to the approval by the Shanxi Regulatory Bureau of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission. The Bank has recently received the Approval of the Qualification of Zhang Yunfei (Jin Yin Bao Jian Fu [2022] No.
222) from the CBIRC Shanxi Office, pursuant to which the qualification of Mr. Zhang as the president of the Bank has been approved by the CBIRC Shanxi Office. Mr. Zhang's appointment as the president of the Bank shall take effect from September 30, 2022. For biographical details of Mr. Zhang, refer to the announcement of the Bank dated June 28, 2022.
