The board of directors of Jinshang Bank Co., Ltd. announced that, due to work re-arrangement, Mr. Wang Junbiao has tendered his resignation as an executive director of the Bank, the chairman of the Board, the chairperson and a member of the Development and Strategy Committee of the Board and a member of Nomination, Remuneration and HR Committee of the Board with immediate effect.
