Name, title, and resume of the previous position holder: James Chan Senior Manager /Financial Director substitute & Head of Corporate Governance of the company. Name, title, and resume of the new position holder: James Chan Director /Principal financial officer & Head of Corporate Governance of the company.
The effective date is August 14, 2023.
