Johnson Health Tech .Co., Ltd. (TWSE:1736) agreed to acquire the remaining 40% stake in Fuji Medical Instruments Mfg. Co., Ltd. from Asahi Life & Health Corporation on December 9, 2022. the transaction is subject to close in mid of December, 2022. The transaction has been approved by the board of Johnson Health.
