MVGM Vastgoedmanagement B.V. agreed to acquire European property management business from Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (NYSE:JLL) on July 2, 2019. The business includes some specialist shopping center management teams and capabilities, creating a pure-play property manager with a pan-European footprint. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval. Transaction is expected to close by end of 2019. In August 2019, MVGM completed the acquisition of property management business in Netherlands. As of October 1, 2019, MVGM completed the acquisition of property management business in Czech Republic, Belgium and Luxembourg. On November 1, 2019, MVGM completed the acquisition of the property management division of real estate consulting company Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Romania and Slovakia. The last series of transactions involving JLL's operations in Spain, Portugal and Poland, is planned for the end of 2019.
