The board of directors (the "Board") of Joy Spreader Interactive Technology. Ltd (the "Company") hereby announces that (1) the principal place of business of the Company in the People's Republic of China (the "PRC") has been changed to 27/F, Wangjing Jinhui Building, Chaoyang District, Beijing, PRC (ʕ਷̏ԯ̹ಃජਜૐԯږሾɽข27ᄴ)* with effect from March 8, 2021; and (2) the Company's principal place of business in Hong Kong has been changed to 40th Floor, Dah Sing Financial Centre, No. 248 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong with effect from March 8, 2021.
