Joyful Honda Co.,Ltd. (TSE:3191) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 5,000,000 shares, representing 7.67% of its issued share capital for ¥5,000 million. The purpose of the program is increasing capital efficiency and increasing earnings per share.
The program is valid till March 20, 2024. As of June 20, 2023, the company had 65,155,371 shares issued (excluding treasury stock) and 3,429,300 shares in treasury.
