JPMorgan China Growth & Income plc announced May Tan has decided to retire from the Board at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting in January 2024. She joined the Board in August 2021 and has made a significant contribution to the Board during her tenure. In accordance with its long-term succession programme, the Board plans to recruit a new Director during 2024 to replace May.
