Earth Eyes Co., Ltd. announced that it has entered into a agreement for a private placement of 33 common shares at a price of JPY 49,500 per share for gross proceeds of approximately JPY 1,633,500 on December 16, 2020. The transaction included participation from new investor Japan Third Party Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:2488). The transaction has been approved by the investor's board of directors.
JTP Co Ltd, formerly Japan Third Party Co Ltd, is mainly engaged in the provision of technical services for foreign companies aiming to enter the Japanese market. It has six business segments. Information Communication Technology (ICT) Solutions segment provides ICT system design, construction, operation, maintenance and manufacturing support services. Life Science Service segment provides installation, inspection, calibration, and repair services of medical equipment and chemical analyzers for which ICT is applied. West Japan Solutions segment provides ICT system operation and maintenance services and life science services in the West Japan region. Education Solution segment provides ICT technical training service and human resources consulting services.
