In accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, JUMBO S.A. announces that the foreign foundation "KARPATHIA FOUNDATION", although it does not own directly shares of the company, informed that on 09.05.2024 held indirectly the 16,419% of the voting rights of Jumbo, through the control of the total of the shares of the shareholder "TANOCERIAN MARITIME CYPRUS LTD". It is noted that the position of previous notification was 19,359%.

Net sales break down by family of products as follows: - decorative items and home products (38.8%); - seasonal products (21.6%); - toys (20.1%); - stationery items (8.2%); - baby items (4%); - other (7.3%): primarily snacks and sweets.
