Jung Shing Wire Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 1,033.490 million compared to TWD 635.694 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 76.658 million compared to TWD 36.973 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 66.938 million compared to TWD 32.632 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.46 compared to TWD 0.23 a year ago.
JUNG SHING WIRE CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of electric wires. The Company's electric wires are applied to communications cables, high frequency loops, auto controllers, transformers, motor loops, power-driven motors, illumination appliances, television degaussing coils, microphone coils and solenoid coils. The Company distributes its products within Taiwan market and to Mainland China, Japan and other markets.
