Dear Sir/Madam,
Sub: Update to disclosures dated February 3, 2024, January 11, 2024 and October 16, 2023 - Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
This is further to our disclosures dated February 3, 2024, January 11, 2024 and October 16, 2024.
Please note that the Company had paid an amount of Rs. 37.5 crore to Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board ('KIADB') for allotment of land situated in Bengaluru Urban District. The Company has on February 2, 2024 received an amount of Rs. 36.53 crore (after forfeiting EMD, 5% cost of land, maintenance charges & lease rent paid) on cancellation of allotment of the said land and on March 18, 2024, received further sum of Rs. 1.83 crore.
The Company had filed an appeal against the order dated January 8, 2024 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka. The total consideration originally paid by the Company for the allotment of land has been fully received by the Company post receipt of a further sum and the appeal has been, accordingly, disposed off by the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka vide its order dated March 18, 2024 ("Order").
Consequent to the above, there is no financial impact of cancellation of allotment of the said land by KIADB (as against the estimate of upto Rs. 2 crore intimated vide our letter dated February 3, 2024).
The Order was received by the Company on March 20, 2024 at around 4.30 p.m. (IST).
This is for your information and records.
Thanking You,
Yours truly,
For Just Dial Limited
Manan Udani
