KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation Announces Resignation of S. Jay Stewart as Director, Member of Audit Committee, and the Compensation Committee

On May 14, 2014, S. Jay Stewart voluntarily resigned as a member of the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee, and the Compensation Committee of KapStone Paper & Packaging Corporation. Mr. Stewart's resignation is not due to any disagreements with the company or any officer or director of the company. Mr. Stewart's resignation was accepted on May 14, 2014.
