KC Green Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A009440) agreed to acquire Eco Development Corporation for KRW 48.6 million on April 10, 2017. As per terms, KC Green Holdings Co., Ltd. will acquire 0.02 million shares. Eco Development Corporation will operate as a subsidiary of KC Green Holdings Co., Ltd. post-acquisition. For the year ended December 31, 2016, Eco Development Corporation reported total assets of KRW 52 million and net loss of KRW 51 million. The Board of Directors of Eco Development Corporation resolved the deal on April 10, 2017. The transaction is expected to complete on April 27, 2017.
