Gremi Media Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:GMM) agreed to acquire 48.08% stake in Presspublica SP Z.O.O. from Gremi Sp. z o.o. and KCI Spolka Akcyjna (WSE:KCI) for approximately PLN 230 million on June 4, 2015. Under the terms of agreement, the consideration to be paid includes debt settlement.
