KCI Spolka Akcyjna (WSE:KCI) agreed to acquire substantially all assets of Gremi Inwestycje S.A. (WSE:GIW) on October 2, 2015. The transaction was approved by the shareholders of KCI Spolka Akcyjna on April 26, 2016. KCI Spolka Akcyjna (WSE:KCI) cancelled the acquisition of substantially all assets of Gremi Inwestycje S.A. (WSE:GIW) on October 2, 2016.
