Kehua Data Co., Ltd. announced that at its Annual General Meeting held on 23 May 2022, approved final cash dividend/10 A shares (tax included) of CNY 0.9 for the year 2021. Record date is 01 June 2022.
Ex-date is 02 June 2022 and payment date is 02 June 2022.
Kehua Data Co Ltd, formerly Kehua Hengsheng Co Ltd, is a China-based company principally engaged in the design, manufacture, distribution and provision of services of uninterruptible power systems (UPS) and accessory products. The Company operates through three segments. The Energy-Based business mainly includes the sales of traditional power products and services. The Cloud Computing-Based business mainly includes cloud computing services, data center product sales and undertake data center Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) services. The New Energy business mainly includes photovoltaic power generation, new energy product sales and power station EPC projects. The Company's distributes its products both in the domestic market and to overseas markets.
