Kehua Hengsheng Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002335) signed share acquisition agreement to acquire remaining 30% stake in Guangdong Kehua Gansheng Cloud Computing Technology Co., Ltd. from Guangzhou Haizhu District Yulong Shengtong Technology Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) for CNY 200 million on February 28, 2020. After the acquisition, Kehua Hengsheng will hold 100% stake in Guangdong Kehua Gansheng Cloud Computing Technology. The transaction is approved by the Board of Directors of Kehua Hengsheng. The transaction does not need approval by the shareholders of Kehua Hengsheng.
