Keppel Philippines Properties, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported revenue was PHP 375.27 million compared to PHP 4.82 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 359.73 million compared to net loss of PHP 10.73 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 1.22 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of PHP 0.04 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 1.22 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of PHP 0.04 a year ago.
For the six months, revenue was PHP 474.68 million compared to PHP 22.94 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 447.93 million compared to net loss of PHP 3.27 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 1.52 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of PHP 0.01 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 1.52 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of PHP 0.01 a year ago.
