Keppel Philippines Properties, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported revenue was PHP 12.43 million compared to PHP 51.67 million a year ago. Net loss was PHP 2.87 million compared to net income of PHP 38.07 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.01 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of PHP 0.13 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.01 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of PHP 0.13 a year ago.
For the nine months, revenue was PHP 95.3 million compared to PHP 526.35 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 54.05 million compared to PHP 486.01 million a year ago.
