KGHM's supervisory board has delegated a member of the supervisory board, Zbigniew Bryja, to temporarily perform the functions of CEO of KGHM and deputy CEO of all departments for the period from February 13 until the date of resolution of the qualification procedures, the company said in a press release. Zbigniew Bryja will act as deputy CEO for Financial Affairs, Corporate Affairs and Development. In addition, the company's supervisory board passed resolutions to dismiss the following persons from the management board: CEO Tomasz Zdzikot; Mateusz Wodejko, deputy CEO of the Management Board for Financial Affairs; and Marek Pietrzak, deputy CEO for Corporate Affairs.

As the company announced on Tuesday, the extraordinary general meeting of KGHM decided to appoint seven new members to the company's supervisory board, proposed by the State Treasury. They are Zbigniew Bryja, Aleksander Cieslinski, Zbyslaw Dobrowolski, Dominik Januszewski, Tadeusz Kocowski, Marian Noga and Piotr Prugar. Recalled from the supervisory board were Andrzej Kisielewicz, Katarzyna Krupa, Agnieszka Winnik-Kalemba, Wojciech Zarzycki, Marek Wojtkow, Radoslaw Zimroz and Piotr Ziubroniewicz.

The supervisory board of KGHM may have up to ten members. Currently, three members of the board are on it as employee representatives.
