Khimprom Pao Recommends Dividend on Common Stock and Preferred Stock for Nine Months of 2016

The Board of Directors of Khimprom PAO recommended the stockholders to allocate RUB 437,034,484 for dividend payment for nine months of 2016 of RUB 0.4758 per A type preferred stock and per common stock.
