Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited announced that Mr. Veravat Chutichetpong, Independent Director, Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit Committee of the Bank, has submitted his resignation from all the above-mentioned positions due to his increased personal obligation. The resignation shall be in effect from December 1, 2022.
