Kibush Capital Corporation provides companies operating in the resource sectors of Papua New Guinea with the financial and managerial expertise to produce revenue. The Company has two primary businesses, such as mining exploration within Aqua Mining, and timber operations in Papua New Guinea by Aqua Mining. Its subsidiary, Aqua Mining has control of over 2,000 hectares (ha) in Kubuna, located in the Central Provence District, around 75 kilometers (km) NNE of Port Moresby. Additionally, Aqua Mining has greater than 40,000 ha of primary forest under contract for commercialization with landowners of such property over time. Aqua Mining is also engaged in gold mining.
