Crown Crafts Infant Products, Inc. entered into an agreement to acquire CoCaLo, Inc. and Kids Line, LLC from Kid Brands, Inc. (OTCPK:KIDB.Q) for $1.4 million on July 24, 2014. The transaction is subject to the approval of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. Kenneth A. Rosen, Steven M. Skolnick, Anthony De Leo, S. Jason Teele, Nicole Stefanelli, and Shirley Dai of Lowenstein Sandler LLP acted as legal advisor to Kid Brands, Inc. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP acted as financial advisor to Kid Brands, Inc. Jody L. Spencer of Rogers & Hardin LLP acted as legal advisor to Crown Crafts Infant Products, Inc.
