The principal business of the Company is the identification and evaluation of assets or businesses with the intention of completing a qualifying transaction under relevant policies of the Exchange. The Company has not commenced any operations and has no assets. The Company will not carry on any business other than the identification and evaluation of assets or businesses with a focus on completing a proposed qualifying transaction.
