KIN PANG HOLDINGS LIMITED is an investment holding company principally engaged in the provision of building and ancillary services. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Building and Ancillary Services segment is mainly engaged in the foundation associated works, hard landscaping, alteration and addition works, road works, water pipe works, electrical and mechanical works and other ancillary building works. The Emergency Repair Services segment is mainly engaged in the provision of repair services in relation to infrastructure of electricity and water supply on a term contract basis. The Company’s services are required in building and construction projects in relation to hotel and casino resorts, infrastructures of electricity and water supply, and public amenities and utilities, such as carriageways, footpaths, drains and sewers.
