Kingboard Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of laminates. The Company operates through six segments. The Laminates segment is engaged in the manufacture and sales of laminates. The Printed Circuit Board (PCB) segment is engaged in the manufacture and sales of PCBs. The Chemicals segment is engaged in the manufacture and sales of chemicals. The Property segment is engaged in property development and investment. The Investments segment engages in the bond investments business. The Others segment is engaged in hotel businesses, as well as the manufacture and sales of magnetic products.
