Kingspan Group plc (ISE:KRX) entered into an agreement to acquire Caplast Kunststoffverarbeitungs GmbH and AerO Coated Fabrics B.V. and Now Contec Gmbh & Co. Kg on March 6, 2023. The deal value is in the upper double-digit million euro range.
The closing is subject to the approvals by the relevant regulatory authorities. The transaction is expected to be closed in the second quarter of 2023. Lazard & Co.
GmbH acted as financial advisor to KAP AG.
