Kirloskar Brothers Limited announced that Mr. Pratap Baburao Shirke, Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the Company, has tendered his resignation vide letter dated March 14, 2023, with effect from the closure of business hours on March 15, 2023 due to his personal commitments. Accordingly, he ceased to be a Director on the Board of Directors of the Company and as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board.
