Kirloskar Brothers Limited at its AGM to be held on August 01, 2023 proposed dividend of INR 4.50 per share equity share having face value of INR 2/- each Board for the Financial Year 2022-23. The record date is July 25, 2023. The said Dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the 103rd AGM, shall be paid on or before August 30, 2023, subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable.
