Oslo, 12 May 2022: EGD Shipholding AS has completed an internal sale of 8 805
128 shares in Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA ("KCC") to its 100% owned
subsidiary EGD Shipping Invest AS. Following the sale, EGD Shipping Invest AS
owns 8 805 128 shares in Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA, corresponding to
16.81% of total shares outstanding.
 
Following the sale EGD Shipholding AS does not hold any shares in Klaveness
Combination Carriers ASA directly but will continue to hold 55 691 warrants,
each with a right to subscribe for one share in Klaveness Combination Carriers
ASA, corresponding to 0.11% of the current total number of shares outstanding in
Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA and not taking into account the dilutive
effect of the warrants.

The consolidated ownership of shares and warrants of EGD Shipholding AS and EGD
Shipping Invest AS after the sale is consequently 8 805 128 shares and 55 691
warrants, which is equal to the previous ownership of EGD Shipholding AS, and
which corresponds to 16.92% of the current total number of shares outstanding in
Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA and not taking into account the dilutive
effect of the warrants.

In connection with the sale, all 8 805 128 shares have been pledged by EGD
Shipping Invest AS in favour of DNB Bank ASA.

EGD Shipping Invest AS and EGD Shipholding AS are classified as closely
associated parties to a primary insider of KCC and further information on the
sale is provided in the attached forms.

This announcement is made in accordance with Sections 5-12 and 4-2 of the
Norwegian Securities Trading Act and Article 19 of the European Market Abuse
Regulation.
