Oslo, 23 April 2024: The Annual General Meeting of Klaveness Combination
Carriers ASA was held today, 23 April in Oslo, Norway. All resolutions were
passed in line with the proposals from the board of directors and the nomination
committee, as published on 2 April 2024. Please find enclosed the minutes from
