Certain Common Stock of Koa Shoji Holdings Co.,Ltd. are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 17-DEC-2018. These Common Stock will be under lockup for 180 days starting from 20-JUN-2018 to 17-DEC-2018.

The shareholders, Junko Horie, Koichi Okazawa, Toshiaki Ishiwata, Toshiyuki Shuto, Mari Ogaku, Ritsuko Otsuka, Hitoo Ozawa, and Miyoko Komatsu have agreed not to dispose off any shares, excluding sale shares, for a period of 18 days from the listing date, until December 17, 2018.
KOA SHOJI HOLDINGS CO., LTD. is engaged in purchasing and sales of drug substance, manufacturing, purchasing and sales of pharmaceuticals, including medical prescription drugs and general pharmaceutical products, as well as contract manufacturing of formulation of pharmaceuticals. The Company operates through two business segments. The pharmaceutical manufacturing and sales business is engaged in development, manufacturing, contract manufacturing and sales of generic injection, oral preparation and external preparation. The drug substance sales business is engaged in import and export of generic drug raw materials, as well as introducing and supply of pharmaceutical raw materials and preparations.
