Komaihaltec Inc. (TSE:5915) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 153,000 shares, representing 3.13% of outstanding share capital, for a total consideration of ¥367.2 million. The purpose of the program is to enhance capital efficiency and to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. The program will expire on May 31, 2017. As of March 31, 2017, the company had 4,886,301 shares outstanding and 86,408 shares in treasury.
