The Board of Directors of Komarkcorp Berhad has on 19 January 2024 approved the change of financial year end of the Company from 31 March to 30 June. The next financial year will be commenced from 1 April 2023 to 30 June 2024, covering a financial period of 15 months. Thereafter, the financial year of the Company shall end on 30 June for each subsequent year.
The rationale is to facilitate better availability of resources for the newly appointed auditors to perform and complete the audit.
