Kronologi Asia Berhad Announces Resignation of Geoffrey Ng Ching Fung as the Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of the Remuneration Committee, Effective January 31, 2018

The Board of Directors of Kronologi Asia Berhad announced that Mr. Geoffrey Ng Ching Fung will resign as a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 31 January 2018 following his resignation as the Independent Non-Executive Director of the company on the same date.
