Guidelines for attending the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders by Electronic Means

Krungthai Card Public Company Limited ("the Company) decided to hold the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders by Electronic Means onlyon Friday, 07 April 2023 at 09.00 hrs. according to the The Royal Decree on Meetings via Electronic Media of 2563 B.E.(2020) relevant announcements and regulations, in which the Company will not provide onsite registration or voting on the meeting day.Therefore, all Shareholders or proxies are requested to attend the Meeting by Electronic Means only in accordance to the following guidelines:

• For Shareholders who wish to attend the Meeting by Electronic Means themselves, please attach the photo copy of Identification Card / Passport for foreigner and certified true copy
• For Shareholders who wish to attend the Meeting with proxies who are not Independent Directors of the Company, please also attached the proxy forms with required documents according to Enclosure 2. (photo copy is also applicable).
• For Shareholders who authorize one of the Company's Independent Directors to attend the Meeting, please attached the proxy forms with the Shareholder's power of attorney and, required documents according to Enclosure 2. (photo copy is also applicable) or submit the proxy forms with the Shareholder's power of attorney, and required documents according to Enclosure 2 to the Company (according to the address in No. 4 (b)), without filing a petition to join the Meeting via Electronic Means. The proxy form and required documents shall be delivered to the Company by 3 April 2023, within 17:00.
• 1. Registration for petition for filing to join the Meeting system shall be available on 27 March 2023, at 08:30 a.m., and system shall be closed for registration on 7 April 2023, until the Meeting is closed.
  2. Shareholders and proxies are able to enter into the system from 07:00, on 7 April 2023 (2 hours prior to the Meeting). Shareholders and proxies are advised to use received username & password, and follow system usage guidelines.
  3. In the case that, Shareholders wish not to join the meeting, one can give proxy to another individual to attend the meeting, or Shareholders are able to give proxy to whoever they wish to attend the Meeting, or give proxy to the one of the Company's independent directors, which an independent director shall cast votes in the proxies.
  4. Shareholders who wish to submit questions prior to the Meeting, are able to do so within 31 March 2023 through the following channels;

Shareholders should study the details of the agenda before deciding to grant proxy and the inviter (the Company) guarantees that the proxy will act in accordance with the authorization granted by the Shareholders and in case of any failure of compliance, the Shareholders suffering the loss may exercise their rights under the law.

Guidelines for attending of Electronic Meeting by Inventech Connect

Shareholders and proxies wishing to attend the meeting can proceed according to the procedure for submitting the request form to attend the meeting via electronic media as follows:

Step for requesting Username & Password from via e-Request system

1. The Shareholders must submit a request to attend the meeting by Electronic Means via Web Browser at

2. For Shareholders who would like to attend the Meeting either through the Electronic Means by yourself or someone who is not the provided independent directors, please note that the electronic registration will be available from 27 March 2023 at 8:30 a.m. and shall be closed on 7 April 2023 Until the end of the meeting.

3. The electronic conference system will be available on 7 April 2023 at 07:00 a.m. (2 hours before the opening of the meeting). Shareholders or proxy holders shall use the provided Username and Password and follow the instruction manual to access the system.

Appointment of Proxy to the Company's Independent Directors

For Shareholders who authorize one of the Company's Independent Directors to attend and vote on his or her behalf, the shareholders can submit a request to attend the meeting by Electronic Means of the specified procedures or send the proxy form together with the required documents to the Company by mail to the address below. The proxy form and required documents shall be delivered to the Company by 3 April 2023, within 5.00 p.m.

Step voting process (e-Voting)

Use Cases PC/Laptop and Mobile/iPad

1 Get email and password that you received from your email or request OTP 2. Click on "Register" button

3 Then click on "Join Attendance"

4 Select which agenda that you want to vote

5. Click on "Vote" button

6. Click the voting button as you choose

7 The system will display status your latest vote

To cancel the last vote, please press the button "Cancel latest vote (This means that your most recent vote will be equal to not voting, or your vote will be determined by the agenda result) Shareholders can conduct a review of the votes on an agenda basis. When the voting results are closed.
