3 January 2013 Kryso Resources plc ('Kryso' or 'the Company') AIM: KYS Issue of Shares

Kryso Resources plc (AIM: KYS) announces that 50,000 ordinary shares in the
Company have been issued pursuant to the exercise of 50,000 options at a price of
£0.1625 per share. Aggregate funds of £8,125 have been received by the Company.
Application has been made for the shares issued to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange and dealings are expected to commence on 8 January 2013. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares. Following admission there will be
380,992,291 ordinary shares in issue.
