KS BANCORP INC announced that it will receive $2,000,000 in funding on July 31, 2019. The company will issue non convertible debt in the transaction. The company will issue securities pursuant to exemption provided under Regulation D. The minimum investment accepted from any outside investor is $100,000.
KS Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company. The Company offers a range of personal and business banking products and services, mortgage products and trust services. The Company operates through its subsidiary, KS Bank, Inc. (the Bank), which conducts its operations through nine full-service branch offices in Kenly, Goldsboro, Wilson, Garner, Selma, Clayton, Wendell, Four Oaks and Smithfield, North Carolina, as well as a loan production office in Dunn.
