KTG Agrar SE: AGM postpones until 26 August 2016

Hamburg, 27 June 2016. The executive board and supervisory council of KTG Agrar SE (ISIN: DE000A0DN1J4) have decided to postpone the AGM from 30 June 2016 to 26 August 2016 due to the current challenges, the important, impending harvesting season and the connected workload.

'We apologise for the short notice announcing the postponement of the AGM', says Henning von Reden, chairman of the supervisory board of KTG Agrar SE. 'We are convinced that this meeting is only expedient if we can present our shareholders with a future concept. This will be revised in the coming weeks. Therefore the executive board and supervisory council can use the necessary time to revise the concept and present it whilst including the first part of the harvesting season.'

On an operational level, KTG Agrar will enter the harvesting season 2016 in a few days. Due to favourable weather conditions and a good cost/price ratio, the comany is expecting an improved performance compared to the previous year.
