KUB Malaysia Berhad (KLSE:KUB) agreed to acquire remaining 40% stake in KUB Sepadu Sdn. Bhd. from Lembaga Amanah Kebajikan Kaum Melanau Sarawak and Medan Sepadu Sdn Bhd for MYR 60 million on March 1, 2024. The Purchase Price will be financed through internally generated funds of KUB Group. The Proposed Acquisition is expected to be completed within fourteen (14) days.
