On November 2, 2023, Paul Roberts resigned from his position as chief executive officer, of Kubient, Inc. Elisabeth DeMarse will continue to serve as Interim chief executive officer of the company after Mr. Roberts? resignation, and the company does not plan to fill the other positions vacated by Mr. Roberts? resignation.
