Kungsleden announced that it is leasing 1,361 sq.m. in Akalla to Bilia Outlet, which is part of the Bilia Group. The lease has a term of five years and its annual rental value amounts to SEK 2.4 million. Bilia Outlet will establish a new facility in the Terminalen 2 property that is located alongside the E4 motorway. The lease means that the property is now 89% let. Bilia Outlet is scheduled to move into the premises in spring 2022. Terminalen 2 is located just outside Kista Science City, Stockholm's leading ICT (Information, Communication and Technology) cluster, and has excellent signage exposure towards the E4. The property has an area of approx. 15,000 sq.m. and comes with a number of entrances, a restaurant, gym and sports hall.
