KUZE Co., Ltd (JASDAQ:2708) agreed to acquire Asahi Suisan Co., Ltd. from Tatsunori Murata on January 30, 2014. KUZE will acquire 400 shares of Asahi Suisan. For the year ending March 31, 2013, Asahi Suisan reported net assets of ¥29 million, total assets of ¥713 million, sales of ¥2.484 billion and operating profit of ¥42 million and net profit of ¥1 million. This transaction is expected to close on April 1, 2014.
